The Work of Byron Katie

A fabulous woman that I was lucky to have met, introduced me to "The Work" by Byron Katie. After I viewed some of the tranformations of people's thought, I realized that it can be used in illness as well. Not only to process what people are going through, but to realize what may be holding them back. Doing "The Work" causes you to think about "your story" and process things differently, which shifts your perception of events. It helps to release some mind sets or limiting thoughts that are barriers to living life fully.
There are four steps of "The Work" to transform thoughts. You can find her book called "Loving What Is" at your local bookstore or go to Byron Katie's website to view these steps and real transformations. http://www.thework.com/

Thank you to the fabulous courageous woman who introduced me to "the Work"!
