In my last newsletter, I am promoting a weight loss regime. The premise is to calculate your daily calories, and protein, carbs and fat ratios. In a certain ratio and calorie intake per day, you can lose weight.
I am reporting thus far 10lbs lost since starting. I am going to keep going and encourage others to share their recipes, successes and support online. Just reply to the blog and set up yourself up.
