Week 3 Update

Week Three Update:
Today I am still at 7.5 lbs lost. I am looking for more, but will wait until next week for results. Marching forward!

I too have started a weight loss goal. My ultimate goal is to lose 20lbs or 15inches by Christmas. I'm going into week three with 2 inches lost and I still have to go and weigh myself. I've been working out 6 days out of 7. I'm walking on the treadmill with some running along with stretching and weight training. I also try to get out pushing the kids in the double stroller which is a work out in itself.

OMG 7.5 lost and you're discouraged?! I am impressed! I want to jump on board. I would like to loose 15lbs - not sure of the timeline. Currently, I am recovering from a broken ankle. However, that doesn't keep me from weights and ball work. I need to establish the habit of exercising again. It hasn't been there since I stopped running FEB'07. I can track my food/drink intake.
